Hi! My name is Jasmin Tang and I’m a 17 year old up and coming chef from Sutton in London. I’m part English, part Asian and my parents are both half English and half Asian as well.

I’m currently in catering college where I’ve just wrapped up my first year doing waitressing, patisserie and bar work and I’m starting my second year doing professional cookery this September.
